1) Customer Pickup

You can pick up the product yourself from our warehouse or arrange a transport company to collect it on your behalf. Depending on the size of the product, a trailer or truck will be needed, along with proper straps to secure the load. We provide free loading assistance.

Important!

-The trailer used must be the correct size and weight capacity for safe transport.

-Products can weigh between 300–3500 kg.

-You need at least three straps to secure the load safely.

-Some trailers may require a special driver’s license to be legally used on the road.

2) Third-Party Delivery

If you choose this option, we will arrange delivery through a transport company to the address specified in your order. Please note that with this method, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time or date. Delivery takes place only on business days (Monday to Friday) and usually takes 5–10 working days. The delivery location must be easily accessible by a large truck. These companies typically use curtain-sided trucks, which do not have unloading equipment. Upon request, we can arrange alternative transport solutions.

-Please discuss all details with us beforehand.

-The unloading location must be accessible for a large truck.

-Trucks usually do not have equipment for unloading.

-You will be notified by phone before delivery.

-If you are not present to receive the delivery, it may result in additional transport costs.

-Please check the quantity and quality of the goods before signing the delivery documents – transport companies do not accept complaints afterwards.

-If anything is missing or damaged, contact us immediately.

-If needed, we can arrange full transport from start to finish.

3) Saunastar Delivery Service

We can deliver the product ourselves and include 1 hour of free guidance on how to use it. Our team will bring the product at a time that suits you best — even early in the morning, late at night, or on weekends.

This service includes tips, advice, and a 1-hour free consultation. We’ll answer all your questions.

Delivery is made with a truck, but it does not have equipment for unloading. If needed, we can arrange a crane, tractor, or another machine to unload the goods. Upon request, we also offer product installation.
