Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product & Price Information
The sales terms apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
Prices of products sold in the Online Store are displayed alongside each item. Delivery fees are added to the price. All prices are in euros (€).
The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and chosen delivery method. This fee is displayed during checkout.
Product information is available directly next to each item in the Online Store.
Placing an Order
To place an order, add the desired products to your shopping cart. To complete the order, the required fields must be filled in.
In the Sauna Production OÜ online store, payments are made based on an invoice. After placing the order, we will send you an email containing the necessary payment details.
The owner of the Online Store is the controller of personal data.
If it is not possible to deliver the ordered product due to it being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible. All paid amounts (including delivery fees) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the notice.
Shipping
We ship products worldwide.
The buyer can choose from the following delivery methods:
Customer pickup
Third-party delivery
Saunastar transport service
Delivery costs are paid by the buyer.
Products are made to order. Each product is unique and tailored to the customer’s specifications. This means that every detail is determined by the customer. Production will begin once payment has been received. The estimated completion time will be communicated to the customer. Typically, production takes up to 30 days, but during busy periods this may take longer.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days.
Note: Depending on the product, the buyer may not always have the right of withdrawal. In such cases, these products or services must be listed and must comply with the conditions set out in § 53 (4) of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To use the 14-day right of return, the product must not be used beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functionality – as would be allowed in a physical store.
If the product has been used beyond this or shows signs of use or wear, the Online Store reserves the right to reduce the refund amount according to the decrease in the product’s value.
To return a product, a withdrawal notice must be submitted and sent to info@saunastar.ee within 14 days of receiving the item.
Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer, unless the reason for return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
The buyer must return the product within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice or provide proof that it was handed over to the carrier within that timeframe.
The Online Store will refund the buyer immediately upon receiving the returned goods, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.
The Online Store may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided — whichever occurs first.
If the buyer chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard option, the Online Store is not obliged to refund the extra delivery cost.
The Online Store has the right to cancel the sales agreement and demand the return of the goods if the product price was mistakenly listed significantly below market value.
Right to Submit a Claim
The Online Store is responsible for non-conformities or defects that were present at the time of delivery and become apparent within two years of receiving the goods. During the first year, it is assumed the defect was present at delivery unless the Online Store proves otherwise.
The buyer must notify the Online Store of any defects within two months of discovering them by emailing info@saunastar.ee or calling +372 5385 2874.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects that appear after the item has been delivered.
If a product purchased from the Online Store is found to be defective, the Online Store will repair or replace it. If repair or replacement is not possible, the Online Store will refund all associated costs to the buyer.
All complaints will be answered in writing or in a format that allows written reproduction within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing
The Online Store uses the buyer’s personal data solely for processing the order and delivering the goods. Personal data is shared with shipping companies only to the extent necessary for delivery.
The Online Store will send newsletters and promotional offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has explicitly consented by subscribing on the website.
The buyer can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by notifying us via email or using the unsubscribe link in the email.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent to info@saunastar.ee or by calling +372 5385 2874.
If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute through negotiation, the buyer can submit a complaint to the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can find the terms and submit a claim here. The committee resolves disputes arising from agreements between buyers and the Online Store. The process is free of charge.
